HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

All products are produced on demand and are not stocked in a warehouse.  It may take several days up to a couple weeks for the product to be created.  Shipping varies greatly depending on the product and more importantly, the country to which it is being delivered.  Standard shipping is used.

WHY ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES MORE THAN STATED IN YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We use multiple production locations for our products. You may be charged a second shipping fee if the items you ordered are shipped from multiple production facilities. Re-Tees and "all over print" products are produced in a different locations, therefore if they are combined, you may have to pay a secondary shipping charge.  We try to maintain free or subsidized shipping on all products when possible.

THE COLORS ARE A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN ARE SHOWN IN THE PRODUCT PICTURES. WHY?

All screens show colors differently. While we do our best to give you the best possible impression of how each product will look, some slight variations in brightness and color may occur

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Our primary market is the US.  We will ship internationally but limited control on shipping costs.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TARIFFS OR CUSTOMS TAX ON THE PRODUCTS?

If applicable, the shipping fees do not include duty or customs charges. These charges can change from country to country, which doesn't allow us to always account for them in your check-out receipt.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

All orders are processed to our distributors the morning after we receive payment.  We will make every effort to accommodate changes. Some changes or cancellations may not be possible because we create all of our products on demand at our distribution centers.  Contact us at support@justcozclimbing.com if there is an urgent need.

I PLACED AN ORDER THAT HAD MULTIPLE ITEMS ON IT, WILL THEY ALL ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?

Some of our products ship from different warehouses depending on who the supplier is and where inventory is available. So when you order multiple items at a time, some of our items may ship separately. We know that can be inconvenient, and we apologize. We are working to improve our supplier network so this happens less often. Until then, rest assured that you will only pay for shipping once on any order no matter how many packages we have to send.
